Compensation & Total Rewards
Getting compensation right can be challenging, and there is often little data available to support you in making informed decisions. We have heard from multiple not-for-profit organizations in the Vegan & Animal Advocacy space how challenging defining a compensation approach can be.
Through an initial pro-bono project, we are seeking to conduct a Total Reward & Compensation review, with the goal of providing a consolidated picture & guidance for organizations who participate.
Through our analysis, we seek to provide participating organizations with a valuable data set and guidance which they can use to inform their Total Reward Philosophy, compensation process & compensation increases going forward.
This project is a collaboration between Culture Canopy & the Reward Guru.
